It passes through the manure of treated horses to help prevent flies from developing into adults by inhibiting the development of the exoskeleton in fly larvae.

Feeding

One scoop (300 mg of cyromazine) of SOLITUDE IGR per day per horse, no matter the horse’s age, breed or size.

For maximum effectiveness, feed to all horses on the property individually, everyday.

Start feeding SOLITUDE IGR in early spring before fly season begins to stop flies before they start.

SOLITUDE IGR can still be administered once fly season has started.
